For full-time employees and their eligible dependents, 7‑Eleven offers a high deductible health plan with optional HSA and a copay style plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you elect medical coverage, you also are eligible for prescription drug coverage. A vision plan is available for full-time employees as well.


Two dental options are available to full-time employees, including a preferred provider organization (PPO) and a prepaid dental program.

Profit Sharing/401(k) Plan

Profit Sharing/401(k) Plan is available to all employees after 90 days of employment.

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment

Occupational Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is available to store employees at no cost. In addition, Basic Term Life insurance is available at no cost to all employees. Optional Term Life and AD&D for additional coverage for full-time employees and their eligible dependents is available.

Time Off

The company offers paid time off for holidays, vacation, sick time, jury duty and bereavement.


7‑Eleven offers both short-term disability for all full-time employees and long-term disability for all full-time hourly non-store employees.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is administered by Magellan and offers telephone counseling and a referral program. Employees can call a 24-hour, toll-free number to talk with a qualified counselor about issues such as financial or legal problems, work-related issues, drug and alcohol dependency, or other emotional or social difficulties.
